Arkanis Pro turns your Discord into an audited control plane for your game server. RCON, Pterodactyl, SFTP log monitoring, identity tracking across Discord and game platforms, REST API access, and Claude Control all in one place. Managed through the dashboard with Stripe-powered billing.

What is this?

The dashboard page where you upgrade to Pro, manage the payment method on file, view past invoices, and cancel or resubscribe. Subscriptions are per-Discord-server and handled through Stripe's billing portal; data is preserved across cancellation so resubscribing brings everything back.

Why you might want it

If you only need community moderation, the free tier covers you indefinitely. Pro is for servers that want RCON, Pterodactyl, SFTP log streaming, unlimited AutoMod rules, the enforcement rules engine, REST and MCP integrations, custom branding, or the Game Inspector. This page is where that switch happens.

What Pro Unlocks

Arkanis Pro is built for communities that run game servers alongside Discord. Game-server hooks come first, with the rest of the moderation/governance stack scaled up to match.

RCON Integration

Control your game server directly from Discord: kick, ban, announce, manage whitelists, configure game settings, and verify player identities. Every action is captured in the same audit log as Discord moderation.

Pterodactyl & Pelican Panel

Start, stop, restart servers, browse and edit files, send console commands, and monitor resource usage through Discord or the dashboard. Pterodactyl and Pelican supported via the same connection variant.

SFTP Log Monitoring

Stream game server logs to a Discord channel in real time with automatic parsing of game events.

Identity Tracking

Link players across Discord, Steam, Xbox, and Alderon. Enforcement follows the player, not just a single account.

REST API

Scoped tokens for integrations. Read enforcement history, list tickets, run RCON commands, manage strikes — all through the same public REST surface your dashboard uses. Capability-gated and rate-limited.

Arkanis CLI & Claude Control (Pro Labs)

Manage Arkanis from the terminal with the arkanis-mcp CLI, or pair Claude Desktop / Claude Code to your guild via the Model Context Protocol server. Claude can read enforcement history, claim tickets, or trigger destructive actions behind a 15-minute re-auth window with sentinel confirmation.

Enforcement Rules Engine

Create automated enforcement rules that trigger actions when strike thresholds are reached. Automatic escalation from warnings to bans.

Unlimited AutoMod Rules

The free tier allows 3 active AutoMod rules. Pro removes this limit entirely, letting you create as many rules as your server needs.

Custom Branding

Custom bot name, avatar, and embed colour. Replace the default Arkanis footer on bot messages with your own community branding.

Game Inspector

Heatmap and biomass views for The Isle. Visualise where players are concentrated and which species dominate your server.

Note

The free tier includes all core features: players, enforcement, support cases, moderation, audit logging, role panels, announcements, and 3 AutoMod rules. Pro is weighted toward game-server operations. You can run a non-gaming Discord community indefinitely on the free tier with no upgrade pressure.

How to Upgrade

Open the Billing Page

Navigate to Billing from the dashboard sidebar. You'll see your current plan status and the option to upgrade.

Choose Pro

Click Upgrade to Pro. You'll be taken to a Stripe Checkout page where you can enter your payment details.

Complete Payment

After payment, Pro features are activated immediately. Your staff will see the RCON Panel, Pterodactyl Panel, SFTP Logs Panel, and Rule Enforcement Settings become available right away. The Pro badge appears in your server sidebar and on every dashboard page.

Tip

Pro is priced at £7.99 per month per server. Each Discord server you want Pro on requires its own subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

All subscription management is handled through Stripe's billing portal, accessible from the Billing page in your dashboard.

Update payment method — change the card on file for your subscription
View invoices — download PDF invoices for any past payment
Cancel subscription — cancel at any time. Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
Resubscribe — if you cancel, you can resubscribe anytime to re-enable Pro features

⚠️

Warning

When your subscription ends (after cancellation or a failed payment), Pro features are disabled but no data is lost. Your RCON server configurations, Pterodactyl connections, SFTP settings, and enforcement rules are all preserved. Resubscribing restores everything exactly as it was.

Common Questions

What happens if my payment fails?

Stripe will retry the charge a few times over several days. If all retries fail, your subscription is cancelled and Pro features are disabled. You can resubscribe at any time.

Can I switch Pro between servers?

Each subscription is tied to a specific Discord server. To move Pro, cancel the old server's subscription and subscribe on the new one.

Is there a free trial?

Not currently. The free tier is fully functional for community management. Pro is only needed if you want server infrastructure integrations or unlimited automation rules.

Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?

Pro remains active until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are issued, but you keep full access until the period expires.

Where do I see Pro status at a glance?

Your server sidebar shows a Pro badge when active, and every dashboard page surfaces the current plan in the top-right corner. In Discord, run /settings panel and select Pro Status for a full breakdown.
